WHAT DO I WEAR?

Anything thats comfortable for you.  You will be
asked to get undressed down to your comort
level.  You will be completely covered throughout
the whole massage with a sheet and
blanket if you prefer.

WILL I BE OILY AFTER?

A non-scented, hypo allergenic light sesame oil is
used.
It is non greasy but allows the therapist enough
friction
to glide over your muscles.

DOES IT HURT?

You may experience tenderness during a
massage especially, on areas where you carry
your stress or have discomfort.  Some even
experience a "ticklish" sensation on tight or sore
muscles.
Let your therapist know if you are experiencing any
discomfort, and they will help you breathe through
the sore spots or lighten their pressure.

WILL I BE SORE AFTERWARDS?

If you and your therapist have worked through
tender spots and this is your first massage, you
have a chance of being sore the next day.  It feels
as though you were just at the gym and had a
good work out.  It depends on the person how long
the tenderness will last, no longer than 3 days at
the
very most.

20% tip on the price of your service is appropriate.
