| Allow delivery of 7-10 business days for gift certificate purchases | |

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 hour cancellation notice needs to be given for any scheduled
appointments or a 50% charge of the missed service will be owed in
order to book your next appointment.
For all new clients, a credit card number will be taken at time of
booking to hold appointment.
INSURANCE POLICY
No insurances are accepted or submitted through Total Health
Massage Therapy. All appointments must be paid in full at time of
appointment. A receipt will be given for you to submit into your
insurance company.
* Cash, or personal checks with proper ID are accepted, Gift
Certificates may be purchased online with all major credit cards.
